Estelle+Co is a slow fashion brand based in Siquijor, Philippines. All our products are handcrafted by local artisans using sustainable materials. By using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use of this site by any third party.

2. Account

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Estelle+Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the case of suspicious or abusive behavior.

3. Product Information

We strive for accuracy in all product listings. However, due to the handmade nature of our footwear, slight variations in color, stitching, or shape may occur. These are not considered defects.

4. Orders

Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Pricing

All prices are in PHP and subject to change without prior notice. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are not included in the listed product price.

6. Shipping

Orders ship within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays) via J&T Express. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Estelle+Co is not liable for courier delays.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or the wrong size/color was sent. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt along with a video showing the issue. See our Returns and Exchanges Policy for full details.

8. Copyright Policy

All content—including photos, text, and designs—is the property of Estelle+Co and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Links to Other Websites
