Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Estelle+Co, every pair of our handcrafted footwear is made with intention and care by local artisans. As part of our commitment to sustainability and slow fashion, we do not accept returns unless your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong color or wrong size

To ensure a smooth and fair process, a video clearly showing the issue is required for our review.

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For:

  • Change of mind
  • Change of style or color (unless noted in special exceptions)
  • Improper fit or material preferences
  • Damage caused by mishandling, courier transit, or improper care

Exchange Flexibility for Limited Stock

While we do not accommodate exchanges for changes in style or color, we understand that stock availability can be an issue. In these cases, we offer the following exceptions:

  • Color Change: If your preferred size is no longer available in the original color, you may request the same size in a different available color.
  • Style Change: If your preferred size is unavailable in all colors of the original style, you may request a different style in the same size, subject to availability.

All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must still follow our standard return request process.

Exchange Price Adjustments

If your approved exchange involves an item with a different price point:

  • If the new item is lower in price, the difference will not be refunded or credited.
  • If the new item is higher in price, the price difference must be paid before we can process and ship the replacement.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are:

  • Not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit
  • May have minor imperfections, which are reflected in the discounted pricing

We recommend reviewing product details and sizing carefully before purchasing sale items, as all Final Sale transactions are considered final.

Shipping Policy for Returns & Exchanges

  • If your issue is due to a defect or you received the wrong item, Estelle+Co will cover the shipping costs.
  • For all other valid exchange reasons, shipping to and from Estelle+Co will be at the customer’s expense.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and packing items securely. Estelle+Co is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid delays or returns.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

    • Your order number
    • A short description of the issue
    • A video showing the product and the issue in detail
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or sending a replacement.
