At Estelle+Co, we aim to get your handcrafted footwear to you as efficiently as possible, while maintaining the thoughtful quality you expect from slow fashion.

Processing & Delivery:

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday only
• We do not accommodate rush shipping requests, as each order is handled with care and intention. 

Courier Information:

All orders are shipped via J&T Express, our trusted delivery partner.

Estimated Delivery Times:

While we provide estimated delivery windows based on your location, please note that these are guides only. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control, and any delays caused by the courier are not the responsibility of Estelle+Co.
