Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us right away with your order number if you wish to change or cancel. If your order has not been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer standard women’s shoe sizes. Please refer to ourSize Guidefor detailed measurements and fit tips.
Are your footwears handcrafted?
Yes! All Estelle+Co footwear is made by love and crafted by hand using premium materials. Every pair goes through careful artisan production for comfort and durability.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship across the Philippines. For international orders, please message us first to confirm if delivery is available to your area.
How long does it take?
Orders are typically delivered within3–7 business daysdepending on your location. Remote areas may take a bit longer.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the item. We’ll gladly replace or refund defective products.
